• We can certainly clear this up for you! The representatives at Best Buy can sell you the SIM kit, but they cannot log in and activate the service for you. Instead, they will send you an automated email using one of their applications which has a link to begin activation. If you are planning to keep your phone number, do not cancel your current Verizon plan yet. If you cancel before your Visible service is fully active, you could lose your number permanently.
