    • Answer I don't have the exact answer, but if I was you, I would take my kit and go back out to best buy, so they can verify that answer for you. ALWAYS write down date, time and name of who helped you. When I bought my 2 kits, they say $45.00 each, however, when I went to pay for them, they were actually on sale for $35.00 each. I didn't set either one up right away, and I've only set up one so far, but when my first month was over, it also did a $35.00 withdrawal from my bank. It did not say anything, anywhere about the price changing after a certain amount of time, but for 5G, unlimited service, I won't mind paying a little more a month, if and when that might happen. Hope that helps!!!

    • Answer Yes, if you get the proper information from your current carrier when setting it up. I don't know if it's possible to port your number over at a later time after the initial set-up, you could call best buy and ask them, or you could do a live chat on your phone with their customer service. You'll need to have your previous account number, your zip code to your previous account(where you lived when you set up that phone at your prior service), and the port transfer number from your previous carrier. That's it. If you need help with that, best buy will be more than happy to help you do it, they sure helped me because I had no ideal what I was doing.

    • Answer That is correct. You can activate the plan through the app. DO NOT cancel you current plan. You must get a port PIN from verizon if you plan on using your current number. It is an easy process, just make sure to have that before you start the process through the Visible app. Each phone will have it's own Visible account. Use the app to make sure your current phone is supported.
