Thanks for bringing this up! If the $35 card you are referring to is a SIM card kit purchased from Best Buy, it is to be used specifically for new account activations. If you have already set up your account and paid using your debit card, that specific retail kit cannot be applied to your existing line - redeeming the value of that $35 kit would require the creation of an entirely new, separate account. We’ll be happy to look into this further and find the best path forward for you. You can find us at @VisibleMobile (FB/IG), @Visible (TikTok/X), or r/Visible (Reddit).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I set up my first phone, I also used a debit card to pay for my monthly bill. When you set it up, it should give you the option to enter your paying information, and to make it an auto pay monthly. I can't remember exactly how it goes, but I'm not that proficient when it comes to cell phones, and I was still able to figure it out. If I'm thinking correctly, whatever form of payment you use to pay that first month's payment, will be saved into your app for visible. But if you have any issues that you need help with, you can try and call Verizon for help, contact best buy also, if that's where you purchased it from, or there's a chat on your phone for contacting visible live and ask them whatever questions you might have. Hope this answers you're questions.
