- Answer Yes it will pulverize raspberry seeds, but you need to run it on high speed for several minutes. Note that running at high speed will eventually begin to heat what you're blending because of the friction of the VERY fast blade. One of the things I do is freeze the raspberries so that the final product is both smooth and cold.

- Answer Hi! We work to use the best materials available to produce a high quality blender that performs to customer expectations in a safe manner. At this time, we have not found a suitable glass container design to meet the strict safety and performance requirements Vitamix places on its products. We use Eastman Tritan material, which is BPA free as well as fully tested and deemed food safe by NSF, to make our containers. - Answer Hi there! Yes, Vitamix containers are free of these substances. All Vitamix household containers now being produced are constructed from Eastman Chemical Company's Tritan™, custom-blended copolyester. We use only FDA-approved materials for any surface coming in contact with food.
