• It would have to be connected to the outputs (sound card) on your PC. Most monitors don't have any amp to push sound.

• Yes it can be connected via optical or R/W cables if your tower has one of those ports

• This sound bar can be used with a PC monitor as long as the monitor has an audio out or you connect the soundbar to the computers headphone port.
