I have had the same problem. First make sure that you have Bluetooth turned off on both your cell phone, and computer. Apparently if these are on even if you are not streaming music they will interfere with your signal. Next turn the unit on. and off a couple of times either at the remote, or on the unit itself. Turn unit on and just tap the search/pairing button. If this doesn't work disconnect. and then reconnect wires behind sound bar. Turn on and tap search/pairing again. This should solve it
