• I have not attempted to use it with devices other than a TV yet, but it has multiple output/interface options including HDMI and Bluetooth. So I would guess that it may be possible. The video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZ-G3vkALgQ may also offer insight, although it involves a different VIZIO model.

• Yes, it has Aux input, hdmi, optical, Bluetooth, line in via rca or 3.5mm jack.

• Speaker has bluetooth input so it should work. I connect my Iphone to it.

• Hello Jay, yes you could use your sound bar as a stand alone speaker and then if Google Homemax supports blue tooth output connections, you can attempt to connect and enjoy your sound bar in that configuration.
