“I only have one hdm1 port and my dish box is in it how do I plug in sound bar?”

• First, is the "one HDMI port" (presumably, the TV's HDMI port) an "ARC" HDMI port? To check, please take a look at the port to see if it's labeled as such; or you may need to check the TV's documentation. If so, then installation is relatively easy as you'd plug the "dish box" into the soundbar's HDMI-in port and then connect the TV to the HDMI ARC port on the sound bar(these two ports are on the VIZIO M-series bar). If ARC is not available on the TV, then hopefully the TV has an audio out port such as an optical port or RCA port or has bluetooth capability.

• If you have fibre audio output the sound bar comes with the cable to connect it. If you don't have that either is time for a new TV.
