QuestionWhen I connect this to my google home mini and play music to the speaker it skips. Hi do I stop it from skipping? The soundbar is a week old.

- Answer Try a different cable, try hooking the mini to a different speaker and see if it has issues. If it is not the mini or the cable, I would try and return the soundbar.

QuestionSpeaker powered off thru remote and my mobile is still connected to Bluetooth and if I play songs I could hear it. Can control volume too. Q - is it expected to play songs via Bluetooth when powered off using remote ? Is it a defect?

- Answer Once you connect using Bluetooth, any time that device is in the range of the speaker and media starts to play on the device it automatically turns the speaker on.

- Answer Yes, it has HDMI, HDMI ARC, Optical Audio and Bluetooth. If you have this inputs, you can use this Soundboard. Which most TV's do nowadays. Just check your TV first and make sure.

- Answer As long as the TV supports Hdmi you should be fine. If one of the Hdmi ports has ARC then it's even better you can use your existing TV remote to raise or lower the volume of the Soundbar. Hope that helps.

QuestionDoes this soundbar have smartcast built in? Also does this model have the display on the remote? Someone asked a question earlier about the difference in model numbers and you stated it does have display but pictures show it with no display?

- Answer No, this sound bar doesn't have Smartcast. It doesn't connect to the internet. It does have the remote with the backlit display, though.

QuestionDesign or is the unit Defective? Why is the right top of soundbar always warm, even when off?? There continues to be a slight electrical odor, how long will this last?? HDMI ARC difficult to connect, then did, then stopped and can't reconnect. Why?

- Answer I just got mine and don't have any problems, in fact I give mine 11 out of 10 stars ... sounds awesome especially for the price. I have mine hooked to HDMI ARC, no issues. Return yours, it's defective. Unplug it now, something is definitely wrong.

- Answer Yes. It includes and optical cord, HDMI and a power cord. The lengths should be adequate as long as there isn't a long distance to go between the soundbar and TV (not totally sure of the size), but if you need to get a longer one, you can generally find them for around $10.

- Answer I think that would be fine, you might not have the best acoustics. I would just measure your space and look at the soundbar dimensions to make sure it fits.

- Answer Mine sounds better at regular table height, if you have carpet I wouldn't recommend it because it would absorb the sound. I remember there was something about placement in the instructions, when all else fails ....

- Answer Probably won't echo, but also not the best for acoustics. Try it and see would be the best idea, you can alway return it if it doesn't work for you.

- Answer On both my Vizio and Samsung the answer is found in settings. First make sure that your HDMI is in ARC if you are using this kind of hook up. I had the Vizio through figer optic and the important thing was making sure that this was noted in settings.
