• I cannot speak to that specific Harmony remote, but I can share my experience. I have a learning universal remote that I use to control the soundbar, TV, and cable box - I power all three off and on with one button, then I use the Dish Network remote to control the soundbar when I am watching TV. I have had a Harmony before and I would be surprised if you could not use it to control the soundbar.
