Something is wrong if you are getting poor quality over optical. It's possible, but unlikely that it is the cable, as fiber tends to either work or not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the optical cable included with the soundbar. The sound quality is great using the optical cable. I disabled the TV's built in speakers from the menu. Bluetooth is only for listing to devices other than your TV. I suggest reading the user manual for configuration options. Good luck!!!
