“Why does the volume either go all the way up or all the way down? There seems to be no way to control it, or make it stop midway.”

• The volume can be controlled with the remote. On the left side of the sound bar you will see white LED lights going vertically indicating the volume level. There is no volume number (such as volume 0 being mute, 50 the half way, 100 max, etc) but the lights correspond to volume level essentially. Pay attention to the brightness of the LED lights because each light (I believe there are 10?) brightens 2-3 times or so I believe before lighting a new dot. The higher the lights are to the top the higher the volume.
