“What is the purpose of the subwoofer ? Is there supposed to be sound coming out of it. I turned it on and tried to pair it but nothing happened. The sound bar seemed to automatically pair when I turned on.”

Sub woofers are intended to play lower frequency tones. Typically when listening to music, or when watching 'Action' movies. If you have any questions about connecting your sub woofer, please feel free to contact our support team at 855-833-3221.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lower pitched frequencies (such as bass) are supposed to be coming out of the subwoofer. The subwoofer's power needs to be plugged in when the sound bar is turned on. The sound bar and subwoofer should automatically be paired. The subwoofer can be no farther than 30ft. If it is not working, the unit may be defective.
