“I just got my soundbar and am using the optical cable to my tv. The sound is great but out of nowhere it keeps turning itself up all the way and powering itself back on. The only way to stop it is to unplug it. Is there a fix or do I need to exchange it?”

• It is eco mode. Turn it off.

• Mine is also connected to the TV via optical cable. I have not experienced the problem you describe; my sound stays steady. Sounds like it may have a defect.
