• yes. it will work with any tv with RCA or Optical inputs. This sound bar also works with any bluetooth device. This sound bar will integrate with the Vizio TV's standard remote so only one remote is needed for sound. If you use this sound bar with a samsung TV then you will need to use the vizio remote that comes with sound bar in addition to your TV remote.

• By going to Sources -> Universal Remote, you can create Vizio Home theater that's connected to your optical input. After the test, you can use the Samsung Remote to control your Vizio soubdbar volume! Amazing solution. I had to search on reddit for this one! :)

• Yes, the soundbar includes several cords for connecting to the audio out on your T.V. You may want to check your T.V. for an optical port, red and white analog out, or the orange digital coaxial audio out port.
