“I bought the sb3651-e6 from u guys and hook it up step by step with hdmi cable and when I turn the tv off and back on the soundbar gets one word out and the tv goes black and then the picture come back on and then bar 4-5 minutes later what could it be”

Hi. Check tv settings for sound and make sure it is set to what you need on the soundbar. Did yours come with optical cable? If so, that is easier to hook up.
