“After 2 weeks the subwoofer has stopped working properly and has very little sound coming out of it. The subwoofer is connected via BT, but there is very little power coming out of it. I reestablished connection several times. What should I do next?”

Is it happening all the time ? Have you adjusted the bass and ect.. Maybe contact the store or maybe call or email the company.
