“Don't know if others have this problem...but a 3.5 cable plug in doesn't fit into the phone jack on the back..would like to had a soundbar..very annoying..what is the problem?”

I have had 2 of these TV's and both had problems with this plug. I finally got my 2nd one to fit but with a lot of effort. I have to jiggle it around to actually make it convey sound. It's a manufacturers problem for sure.
