Kate, assuming you mean having it rotated 90 degrees, you would need some kind of mount depending on where you plan to put it. It does have VESA mounting capability, so if your mount allows you to rotate the TV, then it can be vertical or horizontal. If you plan to use with a PC, you'll likely have to have software to rotate the image - if using Windows, this may be built in.

This item should not be mounted vertically.
