“Will a sound bar work with the HDMI?”

• OK..I figured it out..Works great when hooked up thru the HDMI ARC port with my Philips sound bar..Thanks for both replies i got

• I haven't tried and for this particular TV and didn't have any intention to add a sound bar for what I'm using it for. However, since it's a "Smart TV" I'm assuming it should. Other than that I'm not sure.
