Yes. I do as well and I have fast internet. It's frustrating because often I stroke a key twice thinking the first wasnt firm enough but it just turns out to be painfully slow.

Best Buy fix your s#!t this is annoying!

Can you please do a power cycle for me? -Unplug TV from outlet -Press and hold in the power button on the TV for 5 seconds. -Release the power button -Plug in the TV -Power the TV back on
