Yes. I do as well and I have fast internet. It's frustrating because often I stroke a key twice thinking the first wasnt firm enough but it just turns out to be painfully slow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am searching this issue online as we speak, and every time I check my purchase history it literally takes forever to load, this does not happen on any other app except for Best Buy, and specifically when I am looking into my purchase history, usually to track orders! Best Buy fix your s#!t this is annoying!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Still the case, years later.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's what happens when your customer algorithms and sponsored ads meet, combined with insufficient servers. They are sooo interested in using your data that the simple act of searching anything sends it into a German shepherd like anxiety tail spin. You'd think this would be the most important problem for them to fix, but no. you aren't going anywhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You're not alone. the endless resources the pages attempts to download to badly managed assets and cheap low grade servers. They are the museum of how not to run a site
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4 years later. Still ridiculously slow and website as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I'm assuming it's busy tracking me first before showing me what I'm typing in to look for That's Best buy's way I'm guessing

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I typically avoid shopping online at Best Buy because of the slow internet loading times. Every once in a while I try to find something I need but it feels like it takes up the majority of my time waiting for the pages to load properly. You'd think it would be fixed now...Oh well, I guess they would rather make money off of pushing the app to customers instead of selling products.
