• Worst sound I've ever heard. Should have returned the purchase. Bought a sound bear that was almost the price of the TV.

• I believe it does. I listen to Joyce Meyer in the mornings while I am getting ready for work while drying my hair with the hair dryer running and I am able to hear what is being said if that helps answer the question.
