Sound is awful. Any way to improve it ? Sounds muffled.. null

I hooked up some old Bose computer speakers to my tv, because, yes, the sound is awful. Sounds great now, but I have to use the volume knob on the speaker. the volume button on remote does not recognize my speakers i guess

Hello yes the sound is horrible. I connected my Bose sound link 3 to aux and to the headphone Jackon the Tv. You need a two sided 3.5 Jack to connect to your Bose and then you’ll get amazing sound. My son uses this TV for gaming. Hope this helps.

Agreed. I was disappointed by the sound, but you can hook up small speakers or a sound bar, which dramatically improves the sounds. I am much happier with the system now.
