• Yes, you can use this as a computer monitor. The refresh rate is 120 HZ.

• First of all best buy has it clearly marked as a 240Hz refresh rate but it really cranks out 120Hz for the refresh rate. As far as a good tv for PC gaming goes...I'm running my ps4, Google chrome-cast and 7.1 Bose surround sound on it flawlessly.

• Despite the claim of 120Hz the tv is 60hz, it says so itself on the back of the tv lol.

• I don't have the equipment to verify the 120hz, but I watch a lot of sports and don't have any picture problems with fast action.
