is this 60hz or 120hz null

120. But i find a slight deficit on wifi streaming. If you pay really close attention you can sometimes see frame by frame skipping. This is only once in a while, but something I have never noticed on a 120 refresh rate outside of using a gaming console. Its an all around good buy, truthfully.

120hz. Chose this one over 60hz for better picture quality and pleased with the display.

240hz. I was sold on the refresh rate because I mainly got it for gaming. That's huge for an 32 inch HD TV. When you go in the store don't look at the tag on the shelf read the box and you will see 240hz.
