The AT&T app is not available built-in to the TV's. At this time I am not able to find an AT&T app that is chromecast enabled.

Please try again later.Not easily, I tried to add "Youtube" and if directed me a to a video demo explaining that I could watch Youtube videos through streaming the content through my phone. The Samsung smart TV I own has a Youtube app that allows me to search for Youtube content through the App the came installed on the phone. I haven't been able to figure out how to get a similar Youtube app directly on the TV. It streams from my phone onto the TV without a doubt, but it's a pain when searching for content to watch when you can't view the options on the television. hope that helps, not sure what luck you'll have downloading other apps that do not come preinstalled, but I guess it's possible AT&Ts App couple be downloaded, however given the popularity of Youtube, I doubt it.
