- Answer you will have to use the chromecast. you can't add or remove any app.. youtube and FB are not pre installed . I would not get this tv.

- Answer I don’t think so. I contacted customer service to see about adding the ROKU app- it won’t let you add new apps. If your app is pre loaded you are good to go.

QuestionDoes this tv have an actual smart interface (like Roku, Samsung, or Amazon fire) or does it only have the ability to cast from another device? I'd like to be able to use apps like Netflix and Prime video without having to cast them from my phone.

- Answer This TV does have a smart interface as well as allowing you to cast. To get to the interface all you need to do is switch to the SmartCast input or press the V button on the remote.

- Answer On the remote press input then go down to systems select aspect ratio then select wide. Then go to input settings select HDM-1 or two whichever your cable or direct is connected to a follow the arrows.
