I ve played guitar backing tracks and videos sent to me on memory sticks. I just inserted the stick in the usb slot on the back of the tv.....I downloaded the backing tracks from youtube to the stick beforehand. A menu pops up on screen and asks if you want to play the USB device... Then you can either select music or videos from the menu that will appear. I havent tried to play a powerpoint presentation but the TV is really a little computer without a browser....however I would call vizio support....they are really good. toll free and are based in the USA. good luck.
