Q: QuestionI have a Vizio 40 inch E-Series TV about a year ago.The dark spot is on the left side about half way down the screen. I love the tv but don't like this spot. We have purchased several Vizio's and never had a problem before.

Q: QuestionDoes the 4 legged stand come with every TV or is there an option?The thing I'm going to have to TV on is smaller than the TV so if there is no option about the 4 legged stand, then I can't buy it. I'm wondering if the middle stand is available.

• A:Answer The 4 legged stand is the only option for stands. That was our concern as well, but the employee helping us said that we probably won't find many tvs with the middle base stand.

Q: QuestionDoes the remote control the volume on the analog audio out?I have an expensive Samsung that does not allow this, but a cheaper Sony that does. I'd like to hook up to some great Bose speakers that I already have, but don't want to have to get up to change the volume. In general, just looking for a 40" 1080/120 TV that will allow this – thoughts? Thanks!

Q: QuestionTCL Roku TV FreezingAnyone else have/had problems with their TCL-Roku-TV just freezing up? Just a bit out of my 90 Warranty m TCL Roku TV freezes up every few days. The sound goes off, the picture freezes. When this happens you cannot do anything with the TV unless you unplug it, wait a few minutes and then plug it back it. I use an antenna, along with a Hulu, Amazon and Netflix subscription for my TV watching. (I have no satellite or cable.) Its been reset over a dozen times in the last year. which has not helped the problem any.

• A:Answer Just like a computer the internet signal fluctuates and it might freeze up until signal is good. It gives the symbol on screen showing it is processing.

• A:Answer In general, temperatures above freezing should not be a problem. When moving your TV from an area of low temperature to an area of high temperature, condensation may form in the housing. Wait before turning on your TV to avoid causing re, electric shock, or component damage.
