Can you browse the internet with this tv? null

Maybe Web browsing capabilities should not be included in the description....just a thought to best buy or vizio. From description, "Smart TV delivers a huge world of entertainment Stream movies, videos, music and more, and use the included Web browser to surf your favorite websites."
