QuestionHow do I hook up my cable line to this ? I am putting this behind my bar and have cable for watching sports and other programs. Thank you!

- Answer There is a cable ready screw in fitting on the back panel of the TV. Run a cable from your cable providers cable box to the back of the TV and screw it in. I also have another Vizio and use a splitter and run the cable and Chromecast into the splitter and then a cable from there into the HDMI port on the back. TV. Both ways work fine.

QuestionPlease am from Africa,your voltage doesn't help us.Also the smart features are not function. I used to buy goods from your shop to sell at Africa,I beg if you can do something about the voltage and the smart functions I will come and buy plenty goods.

QuestionWe purchased this model but it doesn’t have an amazon video app installed. When using google, it says it should be available to download through the App Store. The amazon video app isn’t in the App Store and there is no search option to find and download?
