It depends on source that it is receiving a signal from. Also check to make sure 4K is checked in the settings
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The television will display the resolution that the television is receiving as a source. If the TV is receiving a 720p signal it will display 720p. If the television gets a 2160p or 4K image it will display that.
