This display is a 60hz panel. The 240 motion rate is a combination of backlight scanning/blinking and likely black frame insertion. To support 1080p @ 120hz (fps) you'll need a native 120hz panel and an HDMI input and high enough bandwidth to support 120fps. Sorry so long winded, but the simple answer is no.

It is true 4k with HDR and or course like all sets is backward compatible

The highest you'll get with this TV is 60 fps, regardless of resolution. It's a great looking 60, though.

Yes...I think. I can't confirm 1080p 120hz but I can do 4K 60 on my PC.
