After you sync the Vizio app to the TV, you go to your Netflix app on your phone/tablet, choose your show/movie and in the corner will show a "cast" icon. Click that and it should begin to cast to your TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem to. Try changing the signal input . You have TV , hmi1 hmi2 and others. Aldo may have to down load netfex app on your phone so you can cast from netfex app or I had to form load Amazon prime app to "cast"from it

Once you find a show or movie to watch on your phone, there is a small casting icon in the top right corner of the app that allows you to choose your TV as the device to stream the video. This initiates the connection between your TV and the Netflix servers. The video streams directly to your TV and not through your phone, so this won't tie up your phone while you're watching your movie.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly, I don't know that you can. I tried for 2 hours to get the app to work correctly and it simply doesn't. After a lot of googling, that seems to be a common problem. If you have Comcast/Xfinity, they're adding Netflix this fall, so hang in there I guess.
