• Correct. I bought a $39 Amazon fire TV stick (which plugs into one of the HDMI ports), with voice remote and now mine is "smart." IMO that's a better way to go as Amazon, Google, and Apple tend to upgrade their "smart" devices on shorter development cycles, and the app developers are going to target those devices rather than building TV-specific apps.

• No it is not a smart tv. However for about 35 dollars u can purchase a roku stick and easily turn it into one.

• NO smart tv. You need a set top box for that.
