“does anyone make a remote control to work all of the features instead of using smartcast app?”

• I had an older model Vizeo TV, and the remote for it will operate many of the features. I don't have a smart phone so can't use the smartcast app.

• No, there are universal remotes but you need to use the smartcast app to get to the settings and other features.
