“Do you need to use the sound bar passthrough if you use eARC? My 2021 LGC1 has multiple 4k 120hz Inputs. If I have the soundbar on eARC will sound play from my TVs other inputs with all the atmos bells and whistles if my source is capable of it? (ex:ps5)”

No you don’t need to use pass through to use earc and yes all other connected hdmi will provide sound for up to their capabilities. Like the ps5. You will need to make sure to use appropriate hdmi cables though, such as 2.1 cables.
