“I've a 4k tv,a 4k roku stick hooked to the only hdmi that supports 4k, it's also the only arc , ( 2 other hdmi ports D'ONT 4k or arc ). How do I set up a soundbar or Dolby Atmos soundbar for best sound and 4k picture without loossing either 4k or sound ?”

Plug your Roku directly into the HDMI In on the soundbar. Then run the HDMI Out from the soundbar to your TVs ARC connection.

If you stream Netflix (if you are paying for the 4k content) you will get the right atmos sound and the Sound Bar will pass the signal to the tv.
