Yes, but not why you would want to. Since the rear speakers and the sub are wireless (rear plug into the sub) these could be placed anywhere in the room

The strength of the soundbar comes from the separation you get with the rear channels, as the left, right, and center are so confined. Inevitably, it would be minor stereo with bass. If space is an issue the comfort is in the rears being extremely small (albeit potent) and there's 25 each of speaker wire. If having rears are a non starter then a 3.1 sound bar might be a better option and save some money in the long run.
