“I purchased this sound bar and was told I could use my cable tv remote to work basic functions but am not able to program it to allow my remote to turn the sound bar on and off as requested. I contacted support, they said it was not an option. Help”

I had similar issues. The code I found to work is 32454. Hope it will work for you also.
