• Yes the VIZIO SB36512-F6 w/Dolby Atmos has 4K pass through.

• I have tested it and It does NOT pass through 4K. (it only does up to 1080p) The manual does not mention the HDMI version. Take a look: https://cdn.vizio.com/misc/QuickStartGuides/kb/sb3651e6qsg.pdf
