Please try again later.First Off, do you have ARC and if so, look under CED on your TV's settings and choose ARC ONLY, but be sure to plug in your HDMI cable in the ARC Port. If your sound bar is on but no sound, you have to choose on your remote the input for HDMI ARC then on the menu INFO/press the OK and your sound bar will state what frequency status mode the sound bar is running. You have to make sure that your TV's speakers are OFF, not on AUTO, but OFF. Remember to NEVER plug in unless you turn off the device, to avoid causing a power surge. If you don't have ARC HDMI make sure you plug the HDMI cable in the correct port (IN) on the back of your sound bar.
