This sound bar should work with any device that has a matching audio output such as optical or Analog Stereo.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This system should work with any 4K UHD television, if you just mean are the two compatible at a very basic level. However, getting Atmos sound is another question all together and this is a murky area. Unfortunately, it can be a challenge to figure out the right combination of source material (wireless stream, blue ray disc, etc.), device (including the TV itself, streaming device, gaming console, PC, etc.), streaming service/app, and level of service plan/subscription), as well as setting up everything the right way, that will give you the version of Atmos sound that the Vizio has the potential to provide. Nevertheless, this sound bar system and your TV do have all the most recent technology necessary as elements in the chain that are needed to provide the opportunity to obtain an Atmos audio sound experience in combination with a 4K UHD video experience. It will likely be a lot easier to get a more commonplace 5.1 (center, front left and right, rear and subwoofer) sound (Dolby or DTS) from this sound bar when hooked up the correct way with a Samsung 4K UHD TV. To get more details about whether or not your particular model of Samsung can pass-through Atmos from apps built into the set or from a cable or satellite provided audio signal fed directly into the set and then output to the sound bar, I would contact Samsung tech support/customer service.
