“Will this system play nice with a Sony Receiver? I realize it is overkill but it is useful for switching HDMI inputs and I already have it. Receiver is the STR DN1080.”

• Hello Enterprise T, The sound bar has both hdmi in and out that may be used to connect the Sony receiver.

• It's a soundbar. You either use a sound bar or a receiver. Not both.
