• Hello Fishman, Yes, you are able to adjust the volume of the height speakers. The setting 'height level' will allow you to adjust the volume level of the height speakers.

• Yes. There is a setting called "height level". If you have a higher ceiling, you set a higher height level, and I presume it increases the volume for upward firing speakers.
