Will this system work with my Xbox one? null

Generally, when setting up a sound bar, we recommend that you connect all of your devices directly to your TV or Display. Then- connect the sound bar to an Audio Out port on your TV. This way- you'll still control your sources (or inputs) through the TV, and the sound bar will play the audio for whichever device your currently watching.

Not directly. You need to hook the XBox up to the TV with HDMI, then the TV to the soundbar via optical cable or RCA-3.5mm (both included in the box)
