DOes this have Amazon app? null

You can download any Google Play Store app (including Amazon) to the android remote that is included with the TV and cast through the built-in Chromecast

We have not been able to stream anything from Amazon on the TV. There seems to be a conflict between Amazon and Vizio.

This TV doesn't have any apps natively installed on it. It comes with a small tablet to stream all of your content to through the Google Cast built-in to your TV.
