• It upscales devices, but I recommend getting 4K HDR devices, such as 4K HDR Blu-Ray, XBox One or 4K Roku. We used standard Roku & Blu-Ray & still great upscaling picture but didn't compare to our new 4K HDR Roku or to 4K Blu-Ray player & a 4K disc version of a movie.
