Is the included HDMI cable capable of 4K? null

Yes, & no. You can use standard HDMI but still only then get normal HD. If want best upscaling to 4K from non-4K cable boxes or devices or if you want best 4K picture for 4K Roku or like 4K Xbox one, you want an HDMI that's 4K specifically. Also, if your TV is 4K HDR you want to get the 4K HDR capable HDMI & not just 4K HDMI as there is difference in providing standard 4K picture and better 4K HDR picture.
