• yes it can as long as you have google home app installed on the device and the app is chrome cast compatible.

• Yes by using the Google Home app available at the Play Store you can easily mirror using the built-in Chromecast.

• If you download the Google Home app to you phone or tablet the Vizio TV will appear under the "Devices" within the Home app. You can then choose to "Cast" you phone or tablets screen to the TV via the built-in Chromecast to mirror your phone or tablet to the TV.

• It has a chomecast device built in, so if you are using an android device you can "cast" your phone/tablet screen to TV via the google cast/home app.
